We collect the information you provide when ordering a card — your name, age, gender, address, phone number, and email — solely to manufacture, deliver, and support your Trust Card.
When you pay, we record only the public blockchain transaction reference. We never receive your wallet's private keys, seed phrase, or password, and we never ask for them.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the partners required to issue and ship your card, and only as needed to fulfil your order.
Terms of Service
By ordering a Trust Card you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction.
Card issuance is subject to identity verification (KYC). Order fees are charged in cryptocurrency and are processed as a single transfer that you approve in your own wallet. Estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks from confirmed payment.
Crypto transactions are irreversible. Please double-check every payment before confirming it in your wallet.
